As always, a great pleasure to hike through the Dorchetal! The Sonner struggled to get through, but only managed it twice. Instead, the autumn-colored leaves shone.
How amazing! All routes have recently been signposted. Somebody cares.

Quick change of language, culture, landscape, vegetation, season, temperature: welcome round again in the Schlaubetal!
Autumn is definitely the most beautiful time of the year! The color of the leaves is like a miracle, the steps rustle again in the leaves, the sun fights and often wins. To be honest: I had sea addiction (!) After almost two weeks in Spain!

A short walk followed by a meal in the town of Ulldecona in the southern tip of Catalonia, with around 7,000 inhabitants. Unfortunately we missed the supposedly oldest olive tree in Spain, around 1700 years old, which is said to be here somewhere.

Wonderful day on the Mediterranean with L and I. Sun and very pleasant water, now in October there are hardly any people there. In summer only 700 cars are allowed to drive into the delta per day, you have to register on the Internet. And at least ran almost 5 km! You can climb about 1 km further to a lookout tower (which, by the way, there are plenty here!), Which offers a small overview of the lagoon landscape and the many, many flamingos there, which at the moment are not as pink-orange as usual, which is probably is due to the food. Then heaps of herons, gray and great egrets, a special ibis species and some birds of prey. A bird paradise. And the rice fields are also a beautiful sight. Well fed.

Actually, on the last day in Altkünkendorf, I wanted to do a tour in the Buchenwald Grumsin, but it was raining. So towards home. Right on time in Tiefensee it cleared up so that I could hike another round in Gamengrund, namely around (the southern) Gamensee and the Mittelsee. Was worth it. I already know both lakes from the 66 Lakes Trail.

Interesting! A few birds of prey observed and around 10,000 wild geese, all of which suddenly flew off in one fell swoop.

What weather! Like from a picture book. A wonderful tour around the Wolletzsee with Heiliges See, a break to satisfy the small hunger and big thirst in the coffee shop in Wolletz. Met 23 people on the way, 7 of them twice (they ran the other way around!) And a rider cohort.
The crowning glory was the flying visit to the Grumsiner distillery, where we were allowed to try everything in the most generous and friendly manner and were able to find all of our Christmas and birthday gifts and now consider them done. And: We are now in a good mood and are looking forward to the good grützwurst from the Althüttendorf slaughterhouse.
