"The Buschenschank was built on the foundation walls of the 8th defense tower (of a total of 32), which were built around Linz in the early 19th century. 'Margaretha', the tower's name, fell into disrepair over time.
The Buschenschank is based on the shape of the tower. The unobstructed view, which was previously used to ward off enemies, has been completely preserved.
