The church in Möbiskruge is a little pearl among the local village churches. On an artificial hill, the stone church with its two defense towers can be seen from afar. Its construction suggests that it is one of the oldest churches in the region, consecrated in 1350. The interior is plain and simple, but there are small treasures that make this church so unique. A beautiful and touching panel painting on the two-storey gallery from the 18th century and the altarpiece from 1580 adorn the church.
The organ was installed in 1798 by the organ builder Johann George Gast and restored in 1994 by the organ building company Wilhelm Sauer. Visitors are welcome. During the summer months, the church is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Strolling through the old cemetery that once surrounded the church, you can feel the long-gone history.
