Nice cafe in Cromford. Where the canal starts so a good place to start or end a ride or link it in with the other hills around. They don't mind muddy bottoms and open Mon-Sun. During lockdown they have a takeaway cafe open at the far right end of the building. There are benches along the canal so you can still stop and enjoy the location. I've been visiting on a daily for a hot chocolate and occasional slice of cake. They also have a great range of savoury snacks!
