    Dethick to Lea Bridge

    Trying to test the new Garmin wrist based instructions...didn't work as there was no connection 🙄. Ah well. Great ride. Painkiller free but not pain free. All baby steps....

    Have to admit it's getting better, it's getting better all the time (not perfect though).

    Second ride post op. Doing okay. This was a lovely tootle of a ride along Froggatt to Longshaw, before coming back along White Edge (bit cheeky, but it's so much quieter than Froggatt ). This route has a few more rocks but nothing crazy. The thumb is definitely stronger, gear changes are less grimace inducing. The wrist still feels weak, as I discovered hitting a lose rock but it still stood up (thankfully 😜). Overall unlike the gloves that say 100% I'm probably at 75%. Fitness and confidence are much lower of course....
