  Recently swapped out the front tyre which decided it wasn't going to hold air 😏 also fitted a new chain but it's been awhile since I last replaced the cassette so that was slipping so i'll just add it to the list of components that I need to replace on this bike

  Started off really nice but prepared for rain and rain it did once I got through Abney it absolutely poured it down and didn’t really stop until I got through Matlock, the roads were flooded and I was soaked to the skin, good times

  A shortish ride to Ashover Rock on a bit of road and a bit of gravel, though if you stray from the main roads around Ashover you'll find the roads tend to be covered in gravel anyway, though cycling isn't allowed at the rock it's only a short hike up from the road to take in the view
