We hiked through the Hambusch Forest in 12-degree sunshine. We passed by old work sites and walked almost exclusively on narrow trails. Tip: Bühlmeyer's Country Cafe is a great starting and finishing point. A lovely place to begin. Highly recommended. Delicious food 🎂.

Gestartet vom Parkplatz Oerlinghausener Flugplatz. Diesmal sind wir dann rechts vom Flugplatz ins Ölbachtal gewandert. Anschließend am Truppenübungsplatz vorbei und dann wieder in die Wistinghauser Senne. An den Hassel Liegen mit Blick auf die Sandgrube eine kleine Pause eingelegt und dann wieder zum Flugplatz. Hin und wieder sind bei dem tollen Wetter Kleinflugzeuge, wie auch Hubschrauber geflogen.

Gestartet am Parkplatz Frankies Hütte im Haxtergrund, dann steil hinauf zum Knickweg, am Flugplatz vorbei und dann zum Schloss Hamborn und im Bio Hofladen Natura eine Pause eingelegt. Am Kapellenweg entlang am LandEi Kirchborchen (riesig - komplett eingezäunt) vorbei und aus Zeitgründen doch dann wieder Richtung Haxtergrund. Wollten eigentlich zum Bauerhofcafe Kapellenhof. Abschluß war Frankies Hütte. (neu- jetzt auch im Haxtergrund).

Bis zum Fluß Erft mussten wir ca. 40km erstmal fahren. Aber dann sind wir fast nur noch an der Erft entlang gefahren. Wunderschön, wie der Fluß sich durch die Landschaft schlängelt, bis sich dieser in Rhein mündet.
