Ein herzliches Hallo im März '26. Schön Euch alle wieder dabei zu haben, langsam kommt der Frühling in Fahrt - wir starten! Das 300 Watt Indoor Cycling Training hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Viel Schweiß musste die Matte unterm Fitnessbike ertragen. Doch jetzt ist es an der Zeit die Windmaschine eine Stufe kleiner zu stellen um dem realen Gegenwind die Stirn zu bieten. Grandios wie überlegen dieses Rad sämtliche von mir gestellten Aufgaben mit Bravour umsetzt. Es ist eine Freude dieses Gerät zu bewegen! Starten wir heute zum einrollen im Wickeder Stadtwald.
