29 Grad Celsius. Warmer Wind und ein Feeling wie im Umluftherd. Also was macht man? Man steigt aufs Rad und widmet sich einigen Höhenmetern und der Heimatkunde. Ziel heute waren der historisch gute belegte Armesberg und die Zisslerruine mitten im Wald. Deren Geschichte ist leider nicht ganz so gut beschrieben

Temperaturen im grünen Bereich, Bock auf Biken und mal schauen, ob die gesamte Tour übern Hessenreuther Berg im Eco klappt... Jupp .. tut es. Kondition passt und weiter gehts. Aber was wären denn Touren von mir, ohne Sagen, Legenden und Märchen? Eben. Langweilig !!!!

It cooled down so nicely earlier, so Shakespeare and I went out again. Storks overhead, finally saw the beaver (unfortunately dived too quickly again) and pre-ordered 2 tickets for Megadeth next year. Now on the couch with the better half and chilling ❤️

Die Temperaturen sind auf knapp 28 Grad gefallen, also kann man sich aufs Rad schwingen. Ziel war heute Kirchenthumbach (Dumba bei den Einheimischen) Witzig ist, dass ich seit Jahren hier vorbei fahre und es mir nie aufgefallen ist. Erst durch einen Zeitungsartikel bin ich auf den Gebetskeller aufmerksam

After 2x running and 1x biking in 2 days, the run at 26 degrees was not great... so just one lap and I did the Faulbaum proud 😃 at least 10sec per KM faster than the first time on the same lap ... it's fine and not discouraged 👍🏻
