On the way home, we made a detour to Berlin. We walked along the former Wall 🧱 and along the Spree river, and visited the culturally and historically significant East Side Gallery. 😎 After two hours, we traveled back home by ICE 🚄.

The day before our journey home, after getting off the bus with a friend of my partner's, we walked a stretch through the forest in the Treptow-Köpenick district and along the Müggelsee. The weather was muggy, sweat was dripping – but we made it through well.

We did a loop around Affeln, not far from my hometown Allendorf. 😊
Mostly we went right through the forest – nice paths, beautiful trails and three ascents. 😀
Due to a closure, we had to take a detour. This section was very demanding and really adventurous. 😅
