Bio-Genussradeltour 2026 inkl Hin- und Rückfahrt
Ein paar Leute aus der „Randgruppe“ haben sich zur Genussradeltour im Landkreis Regensburg zusammengefunden 🚴♂️😄. Offiziell knapp über 40 km… mit Anreise natürlich wieder deutlich mehr. Am Ende standen für manche über 80 km auf dem Tacho 💪😂, für mich 💯🎉

Abendrunde Sinzing, Kapfelberg und Peising
Erst sah’s nach Sofa statt Sattel aus 🌧️⛈️. Aber der Wetterbericht hat heute offenbar nur geblufft 😄. Ab 18 Uhr kam sogar die Sonne raus — also schnell die Chance genutzt und noch eine kleine Klassiker-Runde gedreht 🚴♂️. Nebenbei sogar 6 Kacheln eingesammelt 😊

A small classic round - at first it didn't look good at all, weather-wise. Rain and thunderstorms had been forecast for days, but today it mostly didn't happen. From 6:00 PM, the sun was even visible - so I seized the opportunity and went for a spin. Even found 6 Kächelchen 😊!

Besorgungsfahrt und Rückfahrt nach Regensburg inkl Sightseeing und Tile Hunting
Reha-Sport ausgefallen – ich wohl Hinweis übersehen 😅. Egal: Wenn man schon unterwegs ist…
Kurz spontan zur Feierabendrunde abgebogen: Bäume entdeckt 🌳, Kacheln gesammelt, Kalorien verbrannt – vermutlich mehr als im Fitnessraum 😜.
Ergebnis: ~50 km, 22 Squadratinhos und ordentlich Yardinho-Zuwachs 💪🚴♂️

Fahrt München Bahnhof zum Olympiapark
Erstes Date mit Münchens Dauerbaustelle am Hauptbahnhof – und direkt weiter auf zwei Rädern Richtung Olympiapark. Stadt mal anders erlebt: weniger U-Bahn, mehr Rückenwind. Überraschend schön!

From Munich Central Station (I saw it under renovation for the first time, quite unusual) by bike to the Olympic Park. Saw the city from the bike. Also exciting. Just different. Great.

Schotter, Wald und Asphalt: Adlersberg zum Palmator
Teil 3/3 der Wochenendtouren: Palmsonntag = Palmatortag – Pflichtbesuch in Sichtweite der alten Heimat.
Frische Anfahrt durchs Donautal, schöne Stimmung an der Naab.
Pause am Palmatorgelände (ein 7,5 %-„Erfrischungsgetränk“ musste sein 😉).
Rückweg über Trails bei Etterzhausen, Schwarze Laber und Donau stromauf – inklusive Bad Abbacher Skyline-Check.

Part 3/3 of my weekend tours. Palm Sunday is Palmator day. I'm not there every year, but now and then I have to stop by. After all, I grew up within sight of it.
The drive was very pleasant, a bit chilly in the Danube valley. Through the Naab, I captured a wonderful atmosphere again.
