Today I did a city tour, of course, once again over the Kaiserteich. On this occasion, I also tested my new running shoes from the brand Kipprun. I am very satisfied. In the coming months, I will alternate between Kipprun and Asics.

Today we went without a big plan, just following our noses, through Neuharlingersiel. On the way back, we quickly checked the swallow's nest at the Badewerk, the mother is with the young in the nest❤️So yesterday's rescue operation was successful!

For today, heavy thunderstorms were forecast for Neuharlingersiel from 09:00, but they kept getting postponed. When everything was still quiet around 10:00, I set off after all. I was drawn back to the Störtebekerweg, this time in the direction of Harlesiel. The path here is nice and level, not slanted

Started directly from the campsite for a nice round through Neuharlingersiel. Many paths are still known to me from the last vacation, I explored a few new ones today.

Before the temperatures rise, I laced up my running shoes and did a lap through Osterode. The air was still pleasantly cool and there were few people out. So an enjoyable lap to relax. After a shower, I'll head to the outdoor pool today🙂
