Nach einer klaren Vollmondnacht konnte ich auf den Höhen bei Wershofen den Sonnenaufgang bewundern. Noch hat die Sonne Strahlkraft und wärmt die Luft rasch auf, sodass ich leicht schwitzend ab Kirchahr auf den Sahrbacher Höhenweg hinaufkurbelte - dieser Abschnitt ist eindeutig das "Sahneschnittchen" dieser Runde ! Feine Fernsicht bis Köln bei Mahlberg - eine wunderschöne spätsomerliche Morgenrunde in der Eifel, 6°C bis 18°C.
