5 days of fasting, 4th day of construction. 4kg less luggage. Supi 👏🏻.
What can I say?! Was such a ying and yang day: once everything, some things would not have been necessary. Radio Yerevan: actually it should go from E to K via BN to E. In principle yes, but ...
The plus account: great weather, spontaneous decision for bike outside,
it went like clockwork, at least up to the pedestrian flash mob from Porz to Deutz, clothes warm, light test fully good in the evening, no slabs despite wood without end in many ways. An ice cream - not at the cathedral, but ...
The minus account: the backcountry through Cologne's suburbs 🤦🏻‍♂️: traffic lights always red, or pedestrians in the way 🙊🙈🙉, or joggers with earplugs in the ear (stiff button in the ear 😁) but always out of rhythm. Great !
Rheinuferradweg to Deutz: as if it were nice weather for the first time, 😁, this year 🚶‍♂️👫👭👬👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 and these standing things, called Sagways (symbol missing) 🤦🏻‍♂️. 🗣Let me out of there, towel thrown, off to Deutz, S12 to Siegburg and again free travel through the dark fresh air 😅.
Had no jut jejange, and sock is all of the same: guess is due to the Eau de Cyclette. So under the shower. 🤙🏻

holding my nose in the wind at noon was as beautiful as by the sea. The second time arriving cranes were observed, but lost their formation in the wind. Repositioned, they were gone in no time with the tail wind on the horizon.

Before hurricane "Sabine" performs her dance, do another round through the forest! The first 6 km on the old route to the Storker Hütte on the "Melchior Weg" (named after the initiator Förster Melchior at the time). Built during the Great Depression around 1930, an ABM from Eitorf - Stromberg. Today, parts of the so-called Försterweg and the victory experience run along.
Today also in the Heilfasten program according to Buchinger, 3rd day. Okay, slightly modified - see Blue Style, means working plus - there is no time for boredom and there is no time for the big, temptation, plus walking - the pounds are falling 💪🏻 daily. Purification in body, mind and soul 🤙🏻. What can I say, machines went great today. Socke found me lame, but had more time to sniff. And tomorrow again with belted pants 💪🏻.

Seen the sun, hard to believe 😄
The light was so bright that "Feet up - finito" became Dimitri. Was probably due to the dose of cosmic radiation 😁

Yesterday's flood wave is ebbing away, the idle runway is again feasible. The body cries out for purification. Spring is already approaching from somewhere; it says in the Komootorakel. It is clear when the sun shines at zero degrees ... That is the right timing for a fast - ründchen. Something between a large proboscis and an Olympic walker. The wheezing? are the incredibly breathable functional clothes!
No matter, it's still dark enough when I draw my circles.

Doc Esser says: "Better not too much than nothing". I still think that's possible; at the end of the day a little aerobic wobble over the Siegdeich. But today the floods of victory stand in the way of unbridled fun. So swing around, pull squiggles in place and you're done.

Has long asked the good 🌤! Before she hisses off again, go bye for the whole week (only 🤯🤬 subtle critical undertone 🙇‍♂️) (?). Nothing helped, it just went under. 😭😭😭
Try to eat it with a plate, more is not possible.

The 4th floor - until February 2020 intensive logging work and hazard felling with ascending closure from the Mengbach valley to the Schmelztal! As I knew the forest workers, I was allowed to pass one passage today. Thanks for slipping it looked pretty dangerous for the boys on these steep slopes !!! and rumbled powerfully when the tree fell. Chappeau !!! Bone job with high dangers - potential so that we can hike!
Back, 4th floor: Good train connection via the train station Merten and Eitorf and / or sufficient parking spaces. Unspectacular walk at this time of the year and the weather, with an unbreakable, easy route through quiet, lonely, "forested" 🤭 sub-valleys and depths. Siefen (Middle High German) are moist, idyllic, small brook valleys, so very suitable for midsummer.
Refreshments only at Merten Castle or in Eitorf, but again enough good rest benches with a beautiful view on the way, but at the short distance and with the uniform gray today it wasn't worth 🧀u🍷 to listen to the chainsaw er Waldesruh. From Bohlscheid you follow the yellow Siegsteig signs for the exit towards Eitorf. The actually fantastic location of the view from the steep bank Kelterser Berg (from Keltern) to Eitorf with a nice picnic rotunda was unfortunately still filled with Sylvester today.

In search of the forest gold. What could be nicer than strolling through nature in the sunshine and blow dryer? !!
We almost managed to get through this mud-free route - almost - the path was igitigit-free up to 50m of mud. But Socke, of course, sees it differently - and also means the good reason to welcome them to the Alte Forsthaus ponds.
Photo wg O “Fainting” ⚡️ of the handler was omitted entf in this wetland 🤷🏼‍♂️. 🐕 saw it calmly. 🐸
