Take food with you on the tour, there is no place to stop for refreshments but there are plenty of protective covers

I use the long Pentecost weekend for my fourth TERRA.track.
The TERRA.track Megalosaurus is 19 km long and over 300 meters in altitude, the most demanding of the tracks in the Osnabrücker Land.

I started from the parking lot in Eielstädt and over a short piece of asphalt it goes over the initially well-marked track, which runs parallel to the …

A challenging but worthwhile tour.

I started right from my accommodation in the Waldquartier. A short uphill access path led to the actual TERRA.track Megalosaurus.

The trail leads largely along wide hiking trails, but also occasionally along truly beautiful, idyllic paths. The final stretch, when walking counterclockwise, is particularly rich in trails.

The royal tour among the Terra Tracks with a length of 20 km and many up/down passages.

Used the rain break sensibly and hiked an old friend 😄

During the hike we were almost exclusively on the TerraTrack trail Megalosaurius...but shortened to 12km.
Very beautiful forest paths.

Great tour for hikers with orientation, sufficient self-catering and spontaneous replanting options.
Awesome for dogs. They are even allowed into the spa gardens on a leash.
The suitability for barefoot shoes is great. Long trousers (or alternatively a secateurs or machete) and bug spray are recommended.
