Manu had a lovely tour in the Taunus Mountains ready for us today.

The Hardtberg tower is accessible again! One of the best vantage points in the Rheinmain area.

Tour 11 from the Rother hiking guide "Around Frankfurt".
Today I headed towards Frankfurt, as the concert by the Belgian EBM group Front 242 was scheduled for this evening in the Langen town hall.
Nice little tour, although I found the Hardtberg tower the most exciting. The concert in the evening was really good too.

Komoot had originally planned the tour through the Opel Zoo. This is possible as there are entrances and exits on both sides, but you have to plan extra time and the entrance fees. I think the Opel Zoo is more for children.

A beautiful route partly through Kronberg, but mostly through the local forests.
Mostly on paved paths. Basic fitness is required, but the route should be doable for everyone at any time of year.
