Just a MUST for the hiking fans of the Sassolungo group in the Dolomites: A path can be this: starting from the bus stop at the Passo Sella, follow the signs "Naturonda". You reach the "Stone City" under the vertical northern walls of the Langkofel and walk here through a breathtaking natural landscape. Along the course, information boards provide insights into the Val Gardena flora and fauna. So you can learn a lot about the appearance, the food intake and the habitat of the living in the wild animals such as fox, rabbit and groundhog.
