    1. Our long-distance hike today was a very varied autumn tour.

The Morsbachtal has its charm and I am always fascinated by the many different tree species in the Burgholz Arboretum.

It's worth stopping off at the cozy Burgholz train station, which is open all year round.

Today there was an Advent bazaar in

    1. You simply have to do the green belt hike. Lovingly organized by Tom Eller and the Kölnpfad family.

      Thanks for the great organization!

The route is actually not for a mountain hiker like me. Lots of asphalt and city. The weather wasn't ideal either, from km 40 onwards there was a nasty drizzle.

    1. I wanted to travel a bit faster today. Because it was so stormy today, I chose a safe but unspectacular route. Kilometers eat up. 😊 Almost exclusively asphalt or gravel. You have to like it.

Luckily it only rained briefly in the morning and the sun came out around midday.

    1. Our DAV long-distance trekkers were on the road in the home section of Solingen today. The “Liewerfrauenweg” was opened here this year. This path connects the old Wipperkotten scissor grinding shop with the former trading office in today's start-up and technology center. Until around 1920, women traveled

    1. Once again we went on a slightly smaller tour than usual with the DAV Long Distance 🥾 group, which was perfect for getting back into it 🙃. We were lucky with the weather, enjoyed the slowly becoming colorful 🌳🍁🍂🍄 & the beautiful path 🧡. It was nice 😍

    1. Great autumnal tour today with a very entertaining group.

The weather was better than predicted - the rain jacket stayed in the backpack.

Many viewing options, e.g. from the Unnenberg and the Knollenturm. The path around the dam was a bit long, but it was good for walking while chatting. Actually it was

    1. I just can't get enough of this coast!!

I'm going alone today and I've decided to take a lot of the Zöllnerpfad with me again.

I took in all the viewpoints: the Pointe de Bihit, the castel in the port of Trébeurden, the hill on the way to Île-Grand and the incredibly varied coast of Île-Grand itself.

    1. Another nice walk around the front door, this time in the other direction.

Across a beautiful ravine between fields and hedges, partly dense bushes and over rocks.

This path flows into the Zöllnerpfad, which then leads back to our bay with a fantastic sea view.

    1. This tour from Ploumanac'h to the lighthouse and back is highly recommended!

Here too, the beautifully laid out path runs along the Zöllnerpfad past fascinating rock formations and through dune-like landscapes. In Ploumanac'h there is a sculpture park and delicious crepes.

We are lucky that it is not so
