Hab heute vom Arzt die Freigabe fürs Radeln erhalten und schwupps saß ich auf dem Bock.
Allerdings ist MTB noch tabu, selbst beim Graveln spür ich dass der Bruch noch nicht ausgeheilt ist. Also vorerst werd ich nur Asphalt fahren...

Strong headwind from the south made the ride very strenuous. A friendly road cyclist advised me to turn back, because a speed of 40 km/h would have been possible in the north direction. A shame, but it was cloudy all afternoon. Blue skies would have looked good in the photos.

Ruhrtalradweg komplett: Winterberg → Ruhrquelle → Duisburg
Ich bin den Ruhrtalradweg vom 23.-28.8. als Bildungsurlaub mit einer Gruppe des Bildungswerk Stenden gefahren. Die Durchschittsgeschwindigkeit betrug auf den einzelnen 5 Etappen ungefähr 18-22 km/h. Die gemessenen Höhenmeter sind wiedermal eine Übertreibung meines Smartphones. Realistisch sind flussabwärts ca. 650 Höhenmeter.
