Out and about in the Rhine-Main Regional Park.

On our to-do list for today's tour were three highlights:

- the Regional Park Tower
- the Poet's House and
- the Silver Lake.

We wouldn't be us if we hadn't checked the opening hours beforehand (who even does that? 🤣), and so we were denied access to the tower 😞.

The weather could have been a bit better! It was windy, cold, and the sky was gray. As if that wasn't enough, a drizzle started for about 30 minutes around 1:00 PM. Only at the end of the tour in Hattersheim did the sun shine for about 10 minutes.
