Home highlight tour withKaisertempel * GroßerMannstein * Walterstein * Gundelhard Meisterturm * Pine forest at Cohausentempel 🥰 * Langenhain * Baha'iTempel * ClaraHildaFelsenAs always, the tour was longer than planned; as always there was no light ... but I was back on time for the sunset. The distance between km 18.3 and 18.8 is nothing:
Tree diving, tree hopping and in between a sea of nettles .... a path just to guess ..Finally, I'm through, but don't need to do it again ... Reported as impassable. The photos mixed as always bunt

Bloody bright - my left arm falls off.
But it was worth every kilometer of river.Today from the distributor Kanu-basis.com along the Lahn from Weilburg to Aumenau.
It started directly in the longest (200m) and oldest ship tunnel in Germany, which passes under Weilburg and bridges a 4.5m difference in height with a subsequent double lock.
On the way there were two more locks to pass. The Lahn, as always 'pure nature': water, sky and green on the right and left in all shades.Apart from water ripples and chirping birds, calm. And for the eye dragonflies and butterflies of all sizes and colors, birds, jumping fish, ducks and geese.I actually wanted to row from Villmar to Limburg, but since the Lahnpiraten company doesn't seem to exist anymore, this starting point from the other providers would only have been part of a multi-day tour. Hmm.For the next time, I may have to do more research or deal with a completely different section, such as from Limburg in the direction of Balduinstein, Nassau, Bad Ems.For today the trip ended in Aumenau, rowing 8km to Villmar would have been too much.
The way back was with the Lahn Valley Railway. Now feel like Hulk up there, just not so green, and have hell-respect for the sore muscles, especially in the left arm ...
Hopefully he is fit for cycling on the weekend again. Conclusion after a nice day: flat, but happy.
