Absolutely my favorite route! Very varied with fantastic views and the ferry to Erpel also accepts the Deutschlandticket. The Rathauscafé is also highly recommended for a snack after the walk. When I first started hiking, this route was a big excursion for me and left me very exhausted. Now it's a leisurely stroll in the afternoon :)
