A sweaty ascent is rewarded with a magnificent panorama. Highly Recommended. In addition, there is a stamp of the Harzer hiking nobility.

Whether directly via the alpine-like steep ascent from the Maltermeister tower or in an arc over the less steep paths. Ramseck (HWN 114) is worth it! The view over Goslar …

March 18, 2023,Harz E.M.T.I. Goslar 🥾👍😎🙌🏆
30 km extreme hike
Start and finish was Goslar, stopover in Schulenberg and it felt like it only went uphill😉🥵. The right thing for a flat-far hiker. Super nice route with great views, waterfall, dam and Brockenblick.
Unfortunately also the insight into the no longer existing forests....
It was a mega event, well organized, even the witches were flown in …

Made the Harz unsafe again today and completed a 30 km march with "E.M.T.I. Extreme Hiking", starting and finishing in Goslar.
With the best weather, we first went roughly in the direction of the Okertalsperre. Up to the stair stone was the first real torture 😅 but there was a stamp (HWN 117).
Then a really steep (and very messy!!) …

LOVE, I'M COMING ON FOOT - that's the motto for today...

I had seen E.M.T.I. Extreme hiking at @Sebastian found it interesting and planned my participation.

After a few training runs, we went out on the track today. The weather gods were kind to us - SUPER CREAM WEATHER!

An extreme hike in the most beautiful weather. 🥾☀️
Passing many places worth seeing, it went over hill and dale through the sometimes very barren Harz. But between all the dead wood there are new trees and the Harz Mountains are always worth a hike❤️.

It was the first E.M.T.I. Harz March, but I'm guessing it won't be the last.

We started at the S-Arena in Goslar. We were "in the countryside" quite quickly, although that's relative given the current time of year and the general tree population problem.🌲

A super cool and ambitious hike with lots of great views, but also some challenges...👫🥾🦵🏻🥵
The E.M.T.I. team did a great job organizing it again.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Great - keep it up.

Special thanks to my wife 👩 - I'm proud of you.🥰😘😘🤗

"Greetings, I'll be coming on foot!" 👋🏻
We started in Goslar for the third time – a trial and preparatory march for newbie Marc. Undeterred, ready for the next SchandMärsche 👌🏻😁
The route was a bit different than last year, again very steep in places (up to 28% for a short time🥵) towards Schulenburg above the Oker reservoir to the …

I was there again, and again we had wonderful weather. It was fun, even though the elevation gain took its toll. With every necessary break, komoot recorded a few more meters, but in reality, it was 30 km with 840 meters of elevation gain.
We were also happy about the aid station at the halfway point and the wonderful welcome …
