Our hike began below Falkenstein Castle at the Hotel Falk & Frei. From there, the first ascent led us up to Selkesicht at Ackeburg (HWN 204). Once at the top, we were rewarded with a beautiful view of Falkenstein Castle and the picturesque Selke Valley. Afterwards, we descended again before hiking uphill
