Wainwrights: Longlands Fell 483m, Brae Fell 586m, Great Sca Fell 651m, Meal Fell 550m and Great Cockup 526m.

Start point for this route is Longlands on a back road near Uldale on the Northern edge of the Lake District. There are three parking spots that can accommodate around seven cars.
From here walk …
Really enjoyable route, with great views on a clear day. Not many people about when we walked it - even in July - as it's away from the main Lakes area, so if you want to get away from the crowds this might be a good one for you.
Today I took my Mum out exploring the Back O'Skiddaw fells of the Lake District and she visited 5 new Wainwrights. We had a couple of hours in the clag and bog (character building 🤪) but enjoyed views across the Solway Firth to Scotland when the cloud cleared 🙌🏻
