The windmill in Artlenburg is a real eye-catcher and always a nice photo opportunity for me when I pass here on my bike tours. The mill is not far from the mouth of the Elbe Lateral Canal into the Elbe.

Wonderful to watch from both sides of the Elbe, don't forget a picnic and blankets, the humidity makes the evenings cool. The campsite in Stove is ideal for overnight stays.
