From this location on the Matthiasweg you have a very beautiful panoramic view of the Falkenstein castle ruins 🏰

🌉 Stolzembourg–Keppeshausen Border Bridge & Weir Here, Germany and Luxembourg meet – not with hustle and bustle, but with the rushing water and a powerful landscape. The bridge connects two countries, and the weir brings strength and movement. For me, this is a special spot on the Nat'Our Route 4 – tranquil, impressive, almost meditative. Anyone who stands here senses that borders can also connect.

The Ourdall Promenade is an 8.5 km route that connects Vianden with Stolzembourg. The route can be completed not only on foot but also by bike. And if you go for a walk, you can simply take your pram with you. Because you will not encounter any obstacles along the way and the differences in height are minimal. The Ourdall Promenade was inaugurated on 12 June 2015 and became one of the first routes that were separated from motorised traffic. During a walk, you will be taken back in time and discover the evolution of this area. Enjoy the beautiful nature, the hills, the forests and the river Our. It is a journey of discovery that is exciting, curious and fascinating.

A breathtaking view, highly recommended. The trail between Bauler and Falkenstein Castle is not easy to do on a mountain bike, however.

From up here you have a wonderful view of the Our Valley.

The rock path is really an experience, also because of the view. Good shoes and surefootedness are recommended 🥾🥾🥾
