But while the griffin on the market has been surrounded by water again since the end of June and the little elephant on the Neuer Markt is happily spraying water from its trunk, the frog fountain in the city park in Anklam (Vorpommern-Greifswald district) and the water feature on the Peene pedestrian bridge are dry. What's going on?
