Cycling
The quays of the Touques are packed with market stalls on Sunday mornings and are worth a visit. You will find them mainly around the fish auction. The original Neo-Norman building from 1937 burned down completely in 2006, but has been accurately recreated. It now houses eleven fishmongers, who sell the fresh catch of the Trouville fishermen every day of the year. (Michelin)

The fish hall was built in 1936 and has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as a monument historique since 1992. The reinforced concrete hall (like the train station) was clad with a blind framework so that it looks like a typical building in the region.
A beautiful building, now with numerous stalls facing the street. There you can taste oysters and shellfish or the famous fish soup based on Jeannette's recipe with a drink. You have to bring your own bread, but a bakery is never far in France.
