Hiking

The two picturesque villages of Cimalmotto and Campo are well worth a visit. They are also known for the well-known geological phenomenon of the "Frana di Campo", a large landslide field created in the 19th century due to clearing and erosion of the Rovana river. The wood was sold as far away as Italy and France for ship construction. In recent years there have been numerous measures such as reforestation and the correction of the river, whose bed was diverted with a tunnel to then regain its natural path in Piano di Campo.
