A wonderful place for hiking, right next to urban life.
The crown linden, also called, is about 500 years old and is a large-leaved lime.

There are 2 benches and more than enough meadow to take a break. The view is also worth seeing.

The 500-year-old linden tree was struck by lightning, but was stabilized in the 1980s with a concrete core and rings. Next to it is a small, new linden tree. From here you also have beautiful views of the surrounding hills and villages.

Worthwhile recovery point after the steep ascent (dashed path) from Lockwitzgrund.

Very interesting old tree that has seen a lot. When the weather is nice, the area is well attended. From here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area
