Right next to it is the cuckoo mill. In some directories still managed as Landcaffee, but this no longer corresponds to the use.
The Kuckucksmühle is today a private institution of youth welfare and no restaurant!
The path leads to the Schöppenstedter ponds, a nature reserve and bird watching station of the NABU.
