Spring Pavilion (Quellpavillon) Bad Hersfeld

The two medicinal waters Lullus and Vitalis flow in the spring pavilion and can be enjoyed by everyone as a drinking cure.
The spring pavilion was awarded the "Award for Exemplary Buildings in the State of Hesse" as part of the 2008 Architecture Prize.

The beginning of the “garden ribbon” in the spa garden is effectively marked with the filigree spring pavilion in which the two healing waters gush from the “spring stone”. The building, which consists of a fully glazed wooden frame, has an elliptical floor plan and appears to float over a field of water. In the evening it shines impressively in the Hersfeld city colors of white and blue, which are also often found in the planting of the spa gardens.
