There is a legend about the bell of the church. When the bell was about to be sold, twelve horses on a downhill path could no longer move it and a note fell from the sky. It said: "My name is Katharina / I know all weathers. / I drive away all weathers, / and stay in the Rain Tower.” When the bell was then brought back, two horses were enough.
