Mountaineering
In the first part through the Sperrbachtobel there are some rope-insured passages, which can also be slippery when wet. Proper footwear, a head for heights and sure-footedness are definitely important

Mountaineering
Long climb down the Trettach valley and through the Sperrtobel with some rope-secured sections and damp spots. But to run without any problems. Wonderful lookout points and two bridges that are crossed.
