In the small, somewhat secluded place Sękowice is a beautiful church. The half-timbered building is very well preserved. I did not want to take a picture of an interior because it was just going to the service and I was not dressed appropriately.
Opposite the church is an interesting monument to the fallen in the war in Polish and German. 👍
Who wants to visit the place goes over the bridge Neisse at Schlagsdorf (B97) and turns immediately after the old border facilities left. Then it is almost done.

Cycling
The now Catholic village church of Schenkendorf / Sękowice was built in the second half of the 17th century. The Schenkendorf / Sękowice village church is one of the most interesting and oldest skeletal buildings in the Lubusz Voivodeship.
