The St. Alexi Memorial Church to the Russian Honor, is a Russian Orthodox Church, which honors the 22,000 fallen Russian soldiers during the Battle of Leipzig. It was built from 1912, and inaugurated on October 17, 1913

A rare example of a Russian Orthodox church on the outskirts of Leipzig in the direction of the old mass. Built in memory of St. Alexej and inaugurated with the Monument to the Battle of Nations. In memory of the many thousands of Russian soldiers who perished in the Battle of Leipzig and fought alongside the Germans.
