The "Baroque boundary stone" on the bridge over the Högenbach is also the border between Upper Palatinate and Middle Franconia. The boundary stone is listed in the list of architectural monuments in Weigendorf under the number D-3-71-157-21, sandstone block with segmental arching and coat of arms reliefs on the front sides, 1750; set on the old territorial border between Pfalz-Neuburg and the free imperial city of Nuremberg

In Weigendorf was a significant boundary point between the nursing home Hersbruck and the district judge Sulzbach of the Duchy of Palatinate Neuburg. When the border monument was set on September 24, 1750, in the presence of the district magistrate of Sulzbach and the caretaker of Hersbruck, the "coat of arms and delicacy" of the coat of arms was rightly admired and the wish expressed that it was "a constant monument to an uninterrupted good neighborhood be". The landmark, one of the most elaborate of its time, is now off the road and somewhat inconspicuous on a cobbled square.
