The Eberbrunnen received its name because of the animals that adorn it. A boar and three piglets group around an oval water well. They were created by the artist Gotthold Bretschneider. The water is supplied by a wall well, which is embedded in a low sandstone wall. Above the fountain basin is a sandstone shaft in the shape of a round arch. From here, the water flows from a straight water pipe into the fountain basin. The semicircular water basin is made of sandstone and has a depression at the edge of the pool, from which the water runs over the paved square in a small channel to the water basin. "Eber" is the nickname of the Spessarter, which was a monument to this fountain. The installation took place in the course of the village development measure.
