Was used privately as a holiday apartment in the recent past until about 2007, is a listed building and was extensively renovated about 8 years ago. Since it is located in the core zone of the PW and no supply and disposal lines are permitted, all other usage concepts have failed so far. Only the former supply ponds serve as "fast breeders" for gnats, horseflies and other endangered species, which makes it rather uncomfortable for hikers.
