Hiking

Almost three hundred years of paper making with the clean and soft water of the Niese, 1989, the last folder was produced here. The Plöger paper mill is today a 'gem' of a museum. This is also because the almost complete machinery required for paper production in the 19th century is ready to be presented. But a visit requires good planning. Open only on weekends and only Saturdays 15:00 to 17:00, Sundays 10:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 17:00.
