The Höxter District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six district courts in the district of the Paderborn Regional Court. The district court is housed in the former "von Uffeln'schen Adelshof". The building in its current form dates back to a conversion between 1594 and 1610, but is of older origin.
