The railway bridge near Steinbach is representative of a number of similar functional structures in connection with the traffic development of the southern Taunus. It was built in 1860 for the Frankfurt–Bad Homburg railway line, a private railway that came about primarily at the instigation of the Homburg casino tenants. Despite its simple functionality - it spans the Steinbach and an accompanying path - the bridge is quite attractively designed. In the spandrels between the three sandstone bridge arches there are decorative tondi in the brickwork

Well worth it because it is the second oldest railway bridge. The oldest can be found at the Nidda near Nied.
