The Main metropolis is the only city in this country that has a skyline of very tall skyscrapers that characterizes the cityscape. The Frankfurt skyline has become a landmark of the city over the last 30 years. Almost 40 buildings in a very small space reach a height of more than 100 meters. This includes 19 of the 20 tallest skyscrapers in Germany.The Frankfurt skyline today consists of several clusters. Most of the skyscrapers are in development zones such as the banking district, the European district and the City West. Due to the progressive cluster formation, these real estate locations have each developed their own skyscraper silhouette in recent years.
