The mountain church Oybin is open almost every day of the year for prayer, silence and prayer. From 1 November to 1 Advent and from 2 January to the beginning of the winter holidays in Saxony, it is open on Saturdays and Sundays.

The church was built in 1709 and enlarged in 1732-43 and restored in 2008. The church was built directly on the rock. It belongs to the evangelical faith and is quite sumptuously equipped.
