The Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark (short: Jahn-Sportpark) is a public sports facility in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. With the large stadium and the Max-Schmeling-Halle, it includes two of the largest sports and event facilities in the city, as well as numerous other facilities of city-wide importance for school, club and popular sports. The sports park, built in 1951, is located on the site of a former Prussian parade ground and contains the oldest football pitch in Germany that is in continuous use. The state of Berlin is planning to expand the facility into an inclusion sports park that will be exemplary in Germany.[2]

It is important for school, club and popular sports. The sports park is located on the site of a former Prussian parade ground. It also contains the oldest continuously used football pitch in Germany.
The sports park is to be expanded into an exemplary inclusion sports park.
