The most beautiful place in nature in Mannheim and rightly a nature reserve. In summer you get a holiday and beach feeling. From there you can get to the city center via the forest park surprisingly quickly. Even if it spoils the overall picture, the contrast to the large power station nearby is remarkable. In summer there are lots of people and unfortunately also rubbish - if you want to do something good, take a rubbish bag with you and dispose of it at the lido, which is downstream.
