Go for a walk in untouched nature in 8 to 25 meters above the forest floor and experience unique perspectives - this is made possible by the treetop path in the Bavarian Forest National Park. With a total length of 1,300 meters, the path meanders through beech, fir and spruce trees of the mixed mountain forest and ends on the platform of the impressive lookout tower at a height of 44 meters. If you visit the animal free area, you will experience lynx, moose and bear in their natural environment.
Opening hours: all year round, in winter always closed in a few days. More information: neuschoenau.de/de/baumwipfelpfad

The National Park is beautifully landscaped and very good to walk. Very good with children to visit as there is a lot to see and discover.
The Baumwipfelweg is beautifully landscaped and you should have no fear of heights. Many instructive stations for children are just as great as the magnificent view from the Baumei lying at the end.
Definitely worth a visit ....
