Beautiful bypass of the L1236 road between Blaustein and Wippingen.
About 200 m of it are finely graveled, uphill but still good with the road bike passable. Downhill pay attention to the countless potholes in the gravel! The gravel piece can also be bypassed on the asphalt birch and Tannenweg (is slightly above).

The section from Wippingen to Herrlingen is asphalted. Depending on the weather, there is a magnificent view of Ulm including Münster. Then comes the Rommelstein and after that (coming from Wippingen) two barrier posts on the way, be careful! There is a piece of gravel between Anna-Essinger-Strasse and Birkenweg. If you want to avoid this, drive parallel above on the Tannenweg. For those interested in history, there is a lot to discover and food for thought between Rommel and the Jewish retirement home.
