Hello Detlev, no April Fool's joke, our paths crossed today, you almost drove past my front door, Mühlhausen on the B465, I know Unix-Strasse very well, great performance today, did you get through well in terms of weather conditions?
Many greetings and happy Easter 🙋🍀🚴☀️

The plan had been to use the south-westerly wind only as a tail wind, but it felt like I was blown up again after Mähringen and it wasn't any better except for the Hochstrasse. The alpine panorama was exactly the kind that I just can't get in the picture, so I didn't even try. From the mountain it finally went better. The short ramp in Burgrieden came as a bit of a surprise, but quickly brought me further north-east. From Steinberg to Illerkirchberg I have wonderful views of Ulm before turning right into Illertal and on to Senden. The next time I should drive around the furniture store, the situation here is quite confusing and there are plenty of annoying traffic lights. As always, I'm grateful to have a louder free run at the Ludwigsfelder See slalom through the strollers - it works better than any bell. Then finally the tail wind to Finningen and in Burlafingen I try to prepare myself mentally for the nasty Badberg. After the winter training it should be conquerable now!
I still think so when the first ramp practically kicks me off my bike with 18% (according to the traffic sign - the reality is a bit friendlier, but I only mention that because we are among ourselves). Ok, pride comes before the fall - fortunately I was able to configure a 34/32 when I bought it and that brings me up with burning thighs.Ha, I could have done more! Here, too, the basement stairs bring me back to reality - today definitely nothing works anymore, but it was nice anyway! 😅🌬️😎

By the way, that day I had a wonderful east wind. Things are going really well in the Blautal.
If Komoot would now calculate the downtimes from my GPX tracks, the result would be even more impressive. Somehow this only works with other recording methods. Maybe I should write to the "customer service"?
